Green Hills Poem by Ben Harrison

Green Hills

Green hills rolling
Over the grassy plains
Tall mountains climbing
Higher than gods grace

Large waves splashing
against the sandy coast
Beautiful trees reaching
to look down and boast

Small men walking
for their true test
Magnificent trees falling
To man's prowress

Large waves clashing
against mans sail
Tall mountains bellowing
Such as a convict in jail

Green hills weeping
carrying mans place
Mother Nature trying
to keep the peace
for Her world is crashing
at a rapid pace
