Green Poem by Yvette Lee

Green

Rating: 4.0

Green looks like the grass that cows and lambs nibble on all day
Green smells like the sweet feijoas ripening in the garden
Green tastes like home made lime flavoured jelly
Green feels like my sister's school uniform

Green looks like the leaves on the trees
Green smells like the toxic potions the witches make
Green tastes like garlic on the garlic bread
Green feels like my plastic lunch box

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

Green is the color that is so much beautiful to enjoy to the eyes and mind and nature itself created this wonderful color and a poem pertaining to green is very beautiful.
