Great Moments Poem by John Dempsey

Great Moments

there are certain moments,
undeniably great moments, perhaps the best
that time has in store for you, the wind screaming through an open
car window,
a beautiful girl in the passenger seat
without any panties on, you’re both laughing at 70
miles an hour down the highway with
no traffic,
just good music, and a pocketful of cash,
on your way
to pick up 50 vicodin.
