Great Blue Sky
watching the great blue sky recede into the black space it really is,
listening to the lapping of an active lake under the great blue sky,
feeling the soothing warmth of an active lake under the great blue sky,
smelling the lotion passing into the soothing warmth of an active lake under the great blue sky,
tasting the freedom of summer as the lotion passes into the soothing warmth of an active lake under the great blue sky,
the great blue sky which recedes into the black space it really is.
Summation of words over words beautiful, Kale...multiple imagination using two symbols...sky/ lake....aren't alike but still a lot similar inside to relishing poetic eyes like yours...thanks...10

Cool- a poem which shows you what you are seeing on the surface, and then shows you what you're missing all the time or what you never much think about. I think that's the essence of the child mind- it wants to know and understand everything, and it sees behind facades with the intensity of it's need to know.
