Grande Dame Poem by Sally Plumb Plumb

Grande Dame

Gentle beauty,
silver jewelled
Grecian queen.
Formed of serenity,
rebirth new.
Coveted by many
in their dreams,
clothed in a gown
of palest blue.

High prietstess
of female genes,
cool composure
is her mind.
Silken sheets
upon her bed,
Whilst a crown of stars
adorn her head.
