Goodbye Poem by angel lockheart

Goodbye

Rating: 5.0

Baby you can’t leave me,
Why’d you have to go?
I’m looking out the window,
But you’re not coming back now,
You know just how to hurt me,
You know just were to stab,
When I look at picture perfect,
You know I get so sad,
Because instead of you and me,
I see there’s you and her,
I could not give up hope,
But now my dreams are shattered.

How could you-
Go and rip my heart out,
Stomp it on the ground,
And never ever stop,
Until it was so broken,
The dust of fragile pieces,
So small they’re like a slash,
Of all the pain you’ve caused me,
I’m starting to get mad.

Oh to think of how you used me,
As just a silly game,
& all the pain you caused me,
When you kept coming back again-
Knock me off my feet,
With all your magic whispers,
The tears that I have shed,
They never really mattered,
So I am,
I’m getting off this coaster,
The ride comes to an end,
I can’t take anymore,
& I’m never coming back,
So I guess all that’s left to do,
Is only one more thing,
Just to say,
Goodbye
