Good Health Poem by Paul Butters

Good Health

These situational exacerbations
They really get you down.
No more perambulations,
Just sitting with a frown.
A longitudinal view,
Is all we can do.
Well so the consultant says,
And with reports at a hundred pounds a page,
He’s in a job that pays.
And welcome to it!
NICE guidelines will do fine:
Indeed they even rhyme.
Self help and CBT
Or better still,
A cuppa tea.
Don't know about you but
That’ll do me.

5\10 - Well depends what you are rating this AS! A quirkier one of mine. Top of my Hit parade for some unknown reason! lol
