from her pretty mouth
as they flowered
from her lips
flower
after
flower
the perfume
of her
voice.
Placed her pretty
kisses
in a vase
in my mind
so that they brightened up
my heart
made me
start
with their beauty
every time
I remembered them
good
for the soul
warming the cockles
of this
lover’s heart
