Good Dream Or Bad Dream For A Writer? You Decide Poem by Ronald Chapman

Good Dream Or Bad Dream For A Writer? You Decide

As nightfall comes,
And bedtime arrives.
My drowsy eyelids fall.
Whisked off to dreamland I go.
Hoping for new and amazing stories to arrive.

As daytime arrives.
That brings bunnies, roses, cotton candy and kitty cats
around my bedroom.
My eyes open. wide.
I awaken to a brand new day.
With, all dreams, stories and inspirations forgotten.

Oh! No!

I awaken to a brand new day.
With, all dreams, stories and inspirations remembered.
Only a bad dream.
I remember!
