I spent so long only loving you,
And not realizing the many other things to try and to do.
I became obsessed and didn’t even have a clue,
I forgot about everyone else and cared only for you.
I wanted to be there for you,
But, not every second of every day.
I forgot many things,
Like how to have fun and play.
Something went wrong
I don’t know why
You said you love me,
Why did you lie?
But now you’re gone.
And I must learn how to move on.
I don’t understand
How everything can change
In just a blink of an eye
I know now that you are
Just a guy
But you are the
Guy that taught me
How to say,
Good-Bye.
