Gone Poem by Surya Pratap Singh

Gone

In the Paradise of time,
I will be waiting for you,
To come at my door, my heart's door,
To give a knock,
To make me cry, make me laugh,
Make my heart beat twice as fast,
It's been too long, it's been too much,
To understand my craving that is for love,
The moon was Sharp in its expressions today,
I think it has reasons to be so after the end of the day,
and in its shine, I could feel something about to burst,
It has things to say to the clouds of this cosmic universe,
I always wondered,
how cometh the clouds touch the moon,
I never knew the distance between them is so long,
That they just appear to meet,
as appears to me the rain,
the shower of blessings on me,
But as craves the moon for the warm whirl of clouds,
As it borrows light from sun to shine,
So it can touch the clouds,
Same way craves,
In this poetry, my heart,
Like the shore longs for the return of waves,
For your return, from the place,
Where he took you, wrapped in coffin,
The white death
