Gone, is our friendship
ANd so a part of my heart
Gone is the bond that we once had
that i thought couldn't be torn apart

Gone is the laughter we once shared
and so a part of me
Gone is the person you once were
the person i no longer see

Gone is the times we got each other through
and so a part of my life
Gone is you stood at the side of me
what is left is only strife

Gone is a tiny piece of my heart
and so there is now a hole
Gone, you have just taken it away
was that your intention, was that your goal?

but what isn't gone is the memories i have
of me you and my dad
the times we used to sit there and laugh
the times that were totally mad

So our friendship has finally come to an end
i will mourn and grieve and be sad
but i will not forget all of those years
the wondeful friendship that we once had
