i can see your face everytime i close my eyes
the smile i see reminds me of the past
all the joys and laughter i don't regret
the moments we had i just can't forget

yes you made me laugh
and sometimes made me cry
we talk about everything
and sometimes fight about anything

i know we're just inches away
and we've gone our separate ways
but what is it that's keeping you in my mind?
why is it it's always you my heart finds?

do you know that the thought of you won't fade away?
and now my longing for you gets stronger evry single day
sometimes i get insecure when i think of you
coz i'm all alone you're with somebody new

now i have to stand on my own
and keep mysself in control
coz it's over i know it's done
it's just gone..
