God's Glory Shines Poem by Garrett Westcott

God's Glory Shines

Raindrops pour down from heaven's skies
A rainbow over the meadow flies
Creatures are coming out to see
What this morning has to bring

-Chorus-
God's glory shines
All creation sings
Let the earth rejoice
When the church bells ring

Cooing in her nest so fair
A dove rests in God's loving care
A doe has come out to see the sight
Of last night's darkness set to flight

The morning sun mingles with rain
To sprinkle down on a wintergreen
God's beauty has been revealed
It's not a dream but a sight so real
