To bring about His will
He knows our heart's desires as well
His love is, to fulfill
If we delight in the Lord
And in His precious Word
Answered prayer is on its way
Of that we are assured

So happy day, oh happy day
That fixed my choice on Thee
I am rejoicing in my Lord
The Christ of Calvary
Excitement dwells within this heart
In this day that the Lord hath made
Knowing if I trust in Him
My daily plans are laid

Oh sweet fellowship that I know
I'm Christ's and He is mine
My Creator is my Saviour
What blessed Gift Divine
I now can see, I really see
He's opened blinded eyes
That sin had kept in darkness long
My PURCHASED, POSSESIONED, PRIZE

I'm seated in the Heavenlies
While standing in His Grace
I know I'll meet my Saviour
And see Him face to face
Oh that glorious moment
When that day arrives
Clothed in His own Righteousness
Severing earthly ties

Living in that pleasurable thought
Not momentarily
But keeping it focused in my mind
His truth has made me FREE!
No longer now a slave to sin
But a Victor through the Lamb
That blood that cleanseth deep within
