There were times when i was alone
There were times when i was torn
I asked my self so many questions
I cried my self all the way home

Would i ever find a girl simple and loving
Would i ever find her in this life
Would i ever find true love
Or would i die in stress

There she came along
With her eyes shining bright
Her smile so captivating
With love in her eyes

Was she meant for me
I never did ask
Are we meant to be
Is what i daily pray for

If God as a reason
God will make her stay
Or if she is not meant for me
God will take her away
