Give Me All Your Pains Poem by Onaiza Simeen

Give Me All Your Pains

My love,
If we ever meet
Just lie on my lap
And tell me everything you wish
Unburden every deep anguish
That has hurt you
I shall listen, I shall feel,
I shall caress you with honeyed balm
For every wound your soul suffered
I shall kiss you a thousand times
All our life I promise my love
We shall share Arabian nights
I shall bear every cross you bear
I shall bleed with every thorn
I shall laugh with you
And cry with you
I shall work with you
And die with you.

Come baby, come into my arms
Let me hold you close to my bosom
Give me all your pains
Let me wipe your tears
Anytime you need me
I am and shall be always there.

When God created you
And set His duties upon you,
He realised after a few years
You needed someone too
Who would breathe
Who would feel
Who would throb -just like you
So that you too may find someone
Who can understand you
Who can care for you
Who can pamper you
And drown you in her love.
You deserve it my baby.
Take it whenever you desire.
Both of us know
It was pre-destined
It's virtually God's command.
