Giant Prehistoric Turtle Poem by Juan Olivarez

Giant Prehistoric Turtle

I was eating some sushi,
At Susie Ling's,
On Tokyo Bay.

When a gigantic,
Prehistoric turtle,
Crawled out of,
The sea.

He was,
Two hundred feet high.
And one hundred fifty feet across.

He then proceeded to eat,
All the waterfront property.
And my sushi.

The natives kept screaming,
Camera, camera.
But I had left,
My nikon at the Hilton.

Then the giant prehistoric turtle,
Pulled in all his legs.
And flames came forth,
From the cavities.

Next, he flew off,
Into space,
Just like a flying saucer.

I couldn't find another,
Sushi bar open.
So I flew home.
