Getting Older Poem by D.A. Woods

Getting Older

Rating: 4.0

I pulled out a grey,
just the other day.
Now the blacks fell out,
and silver has sprout,
is this old age on its way?

Somethings happened to my ears,
I noticed it the other year.
I hear now in mono,
it'll get worse tomorrow,
is old age something to fear?

Now something's happened to my sight,
this happened the other night.
I sat down on what I thought was the couch,
the partner was doing yoga and screamed ouch,
this old age lark hasn't half given them such a nasty fright.
