Soulmates, we
a melding of two
Never physically to know
This whole life through

Consciousness shared
By strangers who
Have a need to connect to
Feel love renewed

In eons past
What ignited into fire
Will in future perfect
Resume from desire

From soul’s nourishment
This has been sired:
Our ever burning need to
Continue climbing higher.
