From The Start Poem by Tinus Erasmus

From The Start

From the start,
You shot my heart,
With your blinding dart,
I may not be that smart,
And not know a lot about art,
But i know a small part,
Love by heart is a real art,
But that dart,
Striking my heart,
Struck me with love so hard,

Taking my hand,
Lifting my head,
Talking of a land,
Surounded by sand,
Forgeting I was sad,
I left it all behind,
Walking around,
With you in my hand.
