Friendship Grows

Find a patch of dirt with room
Plant a seed and watch it bloom
Give it water, give it sun
Growing plants is so much fun
Enrich the soil and emphasize
Plus don't forget to fertilize
Pull the weeds and sow the earth
Then watch your flowers come to birth
Friendship grows by the hour
Way up high, like a tower
Friendship grows, like a flower
Like a flower, friendship grows...

Poem of the Day

poet Paul Laurence Dunbar

The mist has left the greening plain,
The dew-drops shine like fairy rain,
The coquette rose awakes again
Her lovely self adorning.

The Wind is hiding in the trees,
