Why do you kick me when I'm down
Where all hope is a'drowned
I get nervous when I look around
Why does everyone keep putting me down?
So down the forever slope I fall
Is there any place I belong?
Can I escape for everlong?
I'm alone amongst you all.
People leave when you fall, but stay when you stand nice and tall.
Now I know, I'm alone, despite being amongst you all.
