Friend Of Night Poem by Wiley Wildcard

Friend Of Night

I already know of night as you can see.
To me it is very acquainted
We're practically friends night and me.

We meet whenever night casts its shadow,
But we do not speak not a word.
I just stand and watch night in the meadow.

Just like a child night wants it all,
But this cannot be, the reason is clear.
Night is simply just too small.

So I gave a gift to night and it is me
We're practically friends night and I.
