Forsaken Poem by MAD DEW

Forsaken

I thought she'd care for me and I was mistaken
And I know now God that I am truly forsaken
And yes it is quite a weird sensation
To know I can't appeal my damnation
But you know what? oh well
I know I am destined for Hell
I know that my soul can never be free
I know the hounds are coming for me
They always come to me while I am dreaming
And drag my soul to Hell kicking and screaming
Then when I awake from the nightmare
I know the hounds haven't gone anywhere
I can still feel those hounds breathing down my back
Waiting for me to take a ride in that big black Cadillac,
To grab me with their jagged teeth,
To drag my damned soul beneath
To the very void of damnation
Just for being a failed creation
