Relax into a state
of peace.
Comfort your self
place your mind at ease.
Enjoy each moment
as the pendulam swings.
Refuse to be drawn
into disagreements.
Collect your woes
and bury them deep.
Holding grudges is not
good for thee.
Fantasise on your idea
of heaven.
Insist on the values
forging connection.
