Though you're many miles away
You're very close to me each day
A picture, a letter, a phone call
makes me smile, as we discuss all

You encourage me when I'm down
You cheer me up all around
You help me to grow, my faith renew
And I've tried to do the same for you

Forever Friends, that's what we'll always be
heart to heart, just you and me
Cause there's something about you that touched my heart
Friends for life. And forever's just the start
