As I dip in my foot I know it is not right,
Careful not to insertt my entire body;
Don’t want to be tempted,
But too late, I am overcome by this severe spell.
So irresistible, I want more,
Though I know in my heart it is not right,
To just have one taste, one touch, one enlightenment;
Is it so horrible to wish for?
Ashamed by my own leniency,
I am afraid I shall lose myself in this dark water;
There is one thing left to do,
Run, run as fast as I can to the mainland.
