For You... An Act Of Realization Poem by Daniel Thomason

For You... An Act Of Realization

The wind rolling round a bending river,
The waves tossing up the mist and down the woe,
The brush held between a sunset and an abyss of beauty,
The invertebrate hopping like young-lings of a play for ineffable purposes,
The trees leaning over the running waters,
Shading its overall peace with an echo of dusk, dusk, dusk,
But letting that ray of light comfort the morning coolness of a shady movement,
A shady movement of a wandering fellow,
In the brush runs man and ore, ore and man,
Many a distance round this barbaric land,
For something more than what he is wielding, this dreaded diamond,
A bricolage for that one heart, mind, soul,
For he wishes to grow old and forever together a serenade,
A roborant serenade whispering love to trigger a giddy lachrimosity,
To hold and caress the palm of her tender hands,
And be able to give an everyday thanks for the love she has provided...
He stops-
Looking down the way of the bending water,
Kneels as his ore nearly slips within the jogging mist,
Washing his face, chill to the very last drop-the very last rain,
Enchanted by this moment, by this beauty of a slope,
Stares at the echoing rays drifting into the abyss of...
Allegiance is final,
His heart of a melting flummery,
Picking himself up, his enlightenment has made him a King amongst luthiers,
..Picks..
Throws the diamond past the bending, bending,
Watching it stroll down waterfall after waterfall, rapid after rapid,
And turns to find what, WHO he truly loves...
