Only for you do I wake
Asleep in a dream I have been
Living against you
Living in sin

Forgive me for I did not know
My selfishness is what has caused my sorrow

I blamed you for my pain
My existence feeling empty and vain

Yet it was I that was solely responsible for the hell
I created
You gave me a choice
I chose to be corrupt and jaded

If only I would turn around
