I Am So Proud of YOU!

It seems like yesterday that I was tying your shoes,
Taking you to pre-school
Kissing your boo-boos.

Now, you have grown and are spreading your wings.
When I think of the beautiful person
That you have become, my heart sings.

The song of my heart is a sweet, gentle song.
The melody and lyrics written by you,
A beautiful young lady, kind and strong.

I am so proud of you and all that you are.
Stay true to yourself
And reach for the stars! !
