I come to school cheery and happy
with a burst of energy
No one could guess how much I
am hurting on the inside
because of all you've done to me
You continue to fool with me
thinking I don't know it all
& I play along, I let you have your fun
But, deep inside, every move you make...
I regret getting close to you.
You brought my hopes up
& shut them dowm like a sudden blackout
I tried not to show my dissapointments
My hurt...
But the more and more I think of you
with another girl..
and the more I see you with one of my closest friends,
the one you claimed you love..
after all we've been through... after all we've done for each other...
I die a little inside
