Today says goodbye to the known as it ushers in the unknown.
I look around to understand my past, present and future,
Played out in thoughts, words, and actions.
It isn’t about me; it never was.

It’s about love; and about others, and being a contribution to their lives.
Only, sometimes I get wrapped up in me and forget.
Then I see someone needing my help and everything falls back into perspective.
I’m here for you.
