Flowers Mourn Poem by John Michael Elritz Gallo

Flowers Mourn

Raindrops glistened on cobwebs
Silver on twilight.
Promising on my sight,
Snowy and bloody roses,
From slumber they’ve gone
To mourning they arise
For night has passed away.

I don't usually read poems that are only a few lines long, but the simplicity of this work is stunning. Great job, keep up the good work!
