Flight Of The Free Poem by Chinaza Divine Ajulu

Flight Of The Free

In the wild woods, a bright bird flew,
Its feathers gleaming, a stunning view.
Through sunlight, it danced with ease,
No fear held, just joy and peace.

No cage could trap its soaring flight,
In the wide sky, it found delight.

But villagers, with a hunt in mind,
Chased the bird, their goal to find.
Yet, it slipped away, without a sign,
Teaching them nature's lesson divine.

In their chase, they learned, no force,
Can shackle freedom's gentle course
