First Rebellion Poem by Chukwuebuka Adebayo

First Rebellion

There's a missile in my arsenal
I am not going to throw it now
Seven brimstones set in the eden
I am not going to spoil it yet
I'll wait for the glory in hubris,
I'll bury my hairs in the earth
In days they will grow like his
As wild flowers in flourishing heath
Though all stars may be washed down
And roadways may be lost in the field
I, Lucifer will not bow my head down
Wisdom's mine, I'll exalt my own throne
Sparkling gem's mine, I'll reshape my teeth
I just want them strong like as rockstone
I swear I will be God, I will walk the hollies.
I will hire my maker of timbrels and drums
I'll make my praises known as king of tyre.
I will walkin midst of stones of fires.
Untill all will know I am the sovereign lord.
