First Lines

Don’t let the stars get in your eyes,
don’t let the moon change your….
I wandered lonely as a cloud
that floats on high ore vales and…

I will arise and go now and go to
Innisfree... Ha Mr Tambourine man,
play a song for me, I’m not sleepy
and…I see his blood upon the rose

and in the stars the glory of his
eyes… I’m a blue toothbrush you’re a pink
toothbrush will you marry me in haste…
All along the backwater through the

rushes tall ducks are a dabbling up
tails all... A stranger has come to
share my room in a house not right in
the head… A four-legged friend a

four legged friend he’ll never let you
down… Tyger tyger burning bright in
the forest of the night.. This day
winding down now at God’s speeding

summer’s end. Mellow the moonlight
to shine is beginning, close by the
window young… Piping down the valleys
wild Piping songs of pleasant glee...

There’s a bridle hanging on the wall,
there’s a horseshoe in a lonely
stall… And death shall have no
dominion… Far-off, most secret and

inviolate rose… On top of old smoky
all covered in snow I lost my true
lover… Suddenly I saw the cold and
rock-delighting heaven… Mares eat

oats and does eat oats and little
lambs eat ivy, a kid’ll eat ivy
too, wouldn't you...

Now in the early evening the sun
is flashing everything in gold.
It baths the blunt grey rocks that
loom yearningly out toward Europe and

I remember, I remember the room where
Don’t let the stars get in your eyes,
don’t let the moon change your….
I'll never cry, if I never see your face

Its not about the love, its about the effort in your eyes
Take me away, take me far away from here
Passing time is what I find is near
Capture your arms around her
never let go
….never let go
……..never let go
………..never let go
