Final diagnosis

It's apparent that I've have a bug
Ive been bitten
The symptoms lingers around
As one whom wears a shrug
My heart at times beats at a faste rpace
Universally it is called Love
Is precaution,
The remedy?
When touched from above, , and
Effortlessly falls sickly in Love
