Fickle Poem by Nalini Jyotsana Chaturvedi

Fickle

You had to go
Like winter snow
You had to leave
Barren are trees

Like passing clouds
And seasonal showers
You were to leave
You aren't North Star

Like fading essence
Castles in sand
Bubbles in puddles
When raindrops prance

First ray of sunlight
In sleepy dawns
Back to mirages
Now you are gone
Nalini
