they live in us
they treat us how they want
we try to run
but we cant

cuz theyre part of our body
our mind and soul
they tell us what to do
and decide where to go

we try to escape
but our heart breaks
they make us strong
sometimes theyre wrong

sometimes they take us
sometimes we leave them
sometimes they scare us
but we get back then

theyre a bit crazy
they always take me
wherever they want
i try to run

try to run from my feelings
but theyre like the air that gets in
i think i know what they do
cuz they always bring me back to you
