Feeling Parts Of Psalms Was Written In Wilderness Isolation Poem by Terence George Craddock

Feeling Parts Of Psalms Was Written In Wilderness Isolation

nature calls from high places lofty places
within heights of mountains upon summits
where sun warms rocks wind whip weathers
where snow white blankets peaks blocks passes
where night cloud covers where stars shine
this is the bird's eye view contours diminished
humanity is outcast rarely comes to such heights
nature untouched untamed rules in spiritual bliss

a human soul is easily touched held in life songs
time waits stops demands tribute to beauty silent
yet wind breeze calls animals commute earth speaks
rocks seem to speak in languages stone time witness
to speak tell stories whispers scenes long gone lost
innocence seems to speak in atoms recalls paradise

who walks untouched hiking high in the mountains
some drink in landscapes whispers in souls raptures
a desire for peace innocence is time written in blood
in warmth of rocks sun warmed are moments of joy
read book of Psalms in heartbeat time in wilderness
feeling Psalms was written in such glorious isolation
