Fearless Fred Poem by Dorsey Baker

Fearless Fred

Fearless Fred
the motorcyclist
like a wild stallion
the front of his bike
lifted and snorting loudly
the motorcyclist
feet hanging out
like eagle wings
spread in flight
floating on his ego
high spirited and fancy free
the wind
the cyclist
and his bike
entangled each other
in an embrace
its empowering
to ride upon
an empty road
all alone
