I have been with fathers
They are ordinary human beings
With extraordinary hands
To hold life by the horns
And build a better home
For the ones they love
Fathers are extraordinary creatures
They have so much love in their hearts
Yet most of the time they refuse to show it
Instead of pouring their love into the palm of life
They are pouring themselves into the heart of life
Through hard work and resilience
They have found a working formula
That enables them to feed their families
And build a fortress around their loved ones
Fathers are sometimes absent
Far away from their loved ones
Whether dead or alive
Creating a deep well of pain and suffering
Especially to the young ones
It's this abnormality
That dent the seat of fatherhood
Fathers are a critical part of the family structure
Protruding above the perimeter of ordinary life
Fathers are the shield and the storm
Able to hold a home together
Or to destroy its foundation
Fathers are a natural force for good
Through life's many challenges
Most fathers remain strong
Unwavering in their character
Firm in their actions
And totally committed to their families
