Far Out To Sea Poem by Phil Soar

Far Out To Sea

Rating: 5.0

He held his old binoculars and looked far out to sea
Staring into emptiness, for things he couldn't see
They said he'd see an Orca, or an otter in the kelp
He fell overboard in stormy waves, and none of them could help
He sank onto the seabed, and wasn't seen again
And the tide came in as normal, around about half ten
