Fallen Angel Poem by Alc Harris

Fallen Angel

Rating: 4.8

The war in heaven has begun
And so we hang our heads
Marked Angels stripped of their wings
Cast from a spiritual bed
Thrown to earth in disgrace
They spread their evil seed
Hatred, intolerance, the beginnings of
Mans eternal greed

We pray to God to help us now
As mothers tend the fields
While fatherless children live in hope
For a better world to build
But the message that he does send forth
Has men in much debate
Should man pay no heed to inspired words
Then we must accept our fate.

I do believe everyone is an angel, only when we forget this do we become monsters, thanks for your inspiring write.
