Pieces by pieces
You move my life
With the luck of spades and aces
And the year of the knife.

Time by time
You unlock my door
Which traps my love with crime
And travels around through the floor.

Day by day
You dictate my every move
Which changes in every way
A love was made to prove.

Age by age
Loving you makes my life free from despair
Sets me free from this painful cage
And makes my heart, fair by fair
