When I was longing to hear your blissful voice plucking its joyous chords in the calm yet still air,
I heard no faith in your response yet the heart did not stop beating its hopes to enlighten the atmosphere.
When I wanted to talk to you- sharing my emotions with you,
You left me all alone flicking the days over waiting for your beauty to outwear the sheath of my love for you.
When I desired again for the aura of your comfort and security to wrap me up in sudden sweetness of your love,
I froze in the night air thinking back in time when we were wrapped up in each other’s arms, everything else was warm but only you were cold.
When I was peering through the blanched darkness to get a glimpse of our love
Only you were not seen neither was your glimmering face; what I saw before my very eyes were leaves faltering down from the cherry blossom tree echoing eternal notes of remorse…
