Eyes Poem by Maggie Bolton

Eyes

I always look at you unrestrainedly

In hope to cage those wild blue birds in my mind

Now your eyes are fixed on me, a witted, ruthless weapon

I get cold feet, abruptly turned my head away

Grey eyes made the best marksman they said

You are one with blue eyes.
