Exploring Happiness #12- - Making Lemonade

When life deals me a lemon,
I make lemonade.

When friends fail me,
when family disappoints,
when relationships
disintegrate,
I make lemonade.

What disasters
can overwhelm me,
when I’m always
in the process of
making lemonade.

There are some problems which are impossible to solve, but even these lend themselves to discovering better ways of coping which can minimize their impact.
A great many problems, however,
do respond to the seeking and the ultimate discovery of solutions. Solving problems is both a product of positive thinking and of positive action.
If we permit ourselves to realize that a great many problems are solvable given time and creative thought and effort, then the inevitable difficulties of daily life will become just another challenge to evaluate and eventually to try to overcome.

There is a time in the life of every problem when it is big enough to see, yet small enough to solve

Focus 90% of your time on solutions and only 10% of your time on your problems.
