Everywhere

In the halls
On the streets
At the house
On the phones

No matter where you go
It's always there

Everywhere

It affects me,
You, family,
And friends
for so long,
Yet it can go undetected for so long

It's an emotional
And physical murderer

Everywhere

Fear in the eyes
Scars on bodies
Scars on hearts

It gets everyone
At one point or another

Everywhere

Never goes away
Can't be stopped
a demon in our mind
And a liar in the heart

It is what it is
It's bullying

And it is everywhere.

poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

Out of the bosom of the Air
Out of the cloud-folds of her garments shaken,
